Psyche Fitness, Inc

Psyche Fitness- Psyche (psy- che) is “the human mind, soul, or spirit.” Psyche comes from Greek origin and is frequently translated as “soul”, and “consciousness.”

I came up with this name since I tell my clients daily to go to their mental gym. People spend hours weekly going to their gym to work on their lower body, upper body, abs, etc. Our brain, is an amazing muscle, which also needs to be trained. Hence,  why I tell clients to go to their mental gym. Many things in life are all psychological. Thus, I train my clients to do their mental workouts to free themselves from their negative self-talk and irrational thoughts, which is also known as Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Cognitive Behavior Therapy or CBT is one of the most effective modalities of treating depression, anxiety, substance use, and marital issues. We will teach you about the cognitive triangle, which entails your thoughts influence your feelings, and feelings influence your behavior.

Thoughts=Feelings=Behavior

We can be our worst enemy with our cognitive distortions we tell ourselves. Our job at Psyche Fitness is to discard those distortions in order to help improve one’s self esteem, self-confidence, self-worth, and overall, an healthy ego strength. This will be part of our journey together. We, at Psyche Fitness look forward to our growth in building a stronger psyche and overall being.
